(With the fast development in recent years, China and ASEAN countries have got a lot achievements in the development of legal systems, what is the latest achievement, what kind of problems there exist, what is the difference of peoples’ ideas, what is the demand in one country, these information may help the legal professionals to cooperate and provide service in a better way. We only list the possible presentations from China below and we hope our colleagues from ASEAN countries could make proposals of their presentation at early time.)
